Sous Chef

Ideal Sous Chef will have previous 4/5 starhotel experience or worked within quality rosettes restaurant.

The sous chef will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety.

The sous chef will be reporting directly into the head chef and General Manager.

Sous chef must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure.

Breakfast Chef Required

We are currently looking for a experienced breakfast chef to join our team. Experience is essential with the ability to wok on their own.

The hours would be 7am to 11am on a 5 day rota system out of seven. Salary is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.
